Description: Join us at the Florissant Fossil Beds as we explore the summer sky.  Our view of the universe changes as we orbit the sun, allowing us to observe different stars and constellations.  Study about solar eclipses and learn how to observe them safely.   Florissant Fossil Beds is a great place to see these astonishing wonders through the telescopes of the Colorado Springs Astronomical Society members.  Solar viewing, Solar Eclipses, Introduction  to Astronomy, Bringing Space Science to the Classroom
